Chef Mel
Chef Mel grew up in Italy and spent her teenage years in England, where her love for baking began by following her grandma around the kitchen.
After moving to the U.S., she trained as a Pastry Chef and turned her passion into a thriving business.
Since opening CaraMel’s Bakery, Chef Mel and her talented team have proudly earned 16 awards in just the first 5 years, becoming known for their unforgettable custom cakes and desserts for all occasions. They are also highly regarded in the local wedding industry for their attention to detail and elegant designs.
Everything is made entirely from scratch, no boxed mixes, no artificial ingredients. Just real, honest baking that leaves a lasting impression.
