Chef Mel grew up in Italy and spent her teenage years in England. With lots of love for baking from following her grandma around, she finally moved to America where she became a Pastry Chef.
Chef Mel won 10 awards in only 3 years of opening CaraMel's Bakery.
Specializing in custom cakes and desserts for all occasions.
Serving Pinellas County and surrounding areas.
Making all desserts completely from scratch with no artificial ingredients and boxed mixes, Chef Mel will truly leave a lasting impression.
