a. Make cake like the picture but use green and pink colors instead, write Happy Birthday on top, add number candles number 21.

b.  At least 3 tier, outside all white, no texture, client will provide fresh flowers, please arrange like in picture.

c. 12 vanilla mini cupcakes with chocolate buttecream, symple design, with gold sprinkles, plus 12 large chocolate chip cookies. Client will set us the desserts after delivery.
